Customer Relationship Program Print E-mail

The Performance Matters™' Customer Relationship Program is led by regional Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs).  The CRM is responsible for the sustained adoption and effective use of the Performance Matters™ system by our customers.  We do not charge our customers for the CRM's services.  The CRM's focus is in three functional areas:

Professional Development:  An effective training curriculum, roll out plan and on-going professional development of the PM product is critical to the success of any enterprise system like Performance Matters.  The CRM is responsible for reviewing the professional development materials with their assigned customers.  In addition, whether we are a part of the professional development or not, the CRM works with their customers to establish a professional development plan which we document to ensure we are in sync with the implementation and on-going professional development of the system.  CRMs visit their customers on a regular basis during the year and are available throughout the year for virtual training sessions via GoToMeeting or WebEx conference services...remember, at no extra cost to you!

Educational Analyst:  The CRM's function as an educational analyst ensures that they are up-to-date with your state accountability system.  In addition, the CRM is a continuous user of each of their customer's Performance Matters' system; their goal is to spot opportunities, trends and/or extraordinary performance by students, teachers, and schools as a result of special programs.   In affect, they are an extension and valuable resource for our customers' data driven decision making activities.

Account Management:  The Account Management function is in place to ensure that you are getting the most out of your Performance Matters™ system.  Your CRM is knowledgeable of your unique needs and will make themselves available to assist in any way with the on-going use of Performance Matters.  The CRM is consistently communicating with their customers and seeking feedback on what we can do better or differently to improve the Performance Matters™ product and customer service levels.
