Performance Matters™ has a turn-key implementation methodology and a proven track record for bringing the system to a production state within 90 days. There are five major milestones associated with each implementation.

1. Project Initiation and Planning:  We conduct collaborative in-person planning activities with stakeholders for the customer and Performance Matters™' project team.  Together, we establish a detailed project charter and supporting project plan.
2. Data Sourcing:  The data sources are documented and programmatic interfaces are established between the data sources and the Performance Matters™ application.
3. Build and Configuration:  The data is loaded and the PM system is configured based upon the customer customization parameters.  In this phase, research and development conducts acceptance testing.
4. End-User Acceptance:  We conduct collaborative end-user acceptance based upon complete functional documentation.  Acceptance is commemorated in the method set forth established in the project plan.
5. Professional Development Delivery:  Training services are delivered as specified by contract and in the spirit of the project charter.

Performance Matters™ assigns an executive sponsor, project manager, data administrator and Customer Relationship Manager to each implementation. This team works closely with their customer counterparts to ensure a collaborative, successful implementation.
